I didn’t know that this restaurant was themed on the film ‘Forest Gump’ but there were many clues around the place like the number plate signs… oh and the gift shop! They like their shrimps in this place and pretty much every dish has shrimp in it one way or another. I had one of their many platters available and the wife had a pasta and shrimp in cheese thing. I was looking forward to digging in as it was late and it looked great. Unfortunately it wasn’t great. It was immensely disappointing. Some of the shrimps were served cold and others were served warm and some were hot. The wife’s pasta was not seasoned in any way. It was just served bland and soft. Like the gift shop, the food was an overpriced experience.
