Kwai’s Dish
Special of Linguine with breast of chicken with a sauce of shitake mushrooms and normal mushrooms and cooked ham
Yiki’s Dish
Sweet potato mash and mushrooms, Crab and shrimp sandwich with cheese
Exterior
Located at a dead end on a road nearest the coast with a few other restaurants and shops. Parking is on the tight side by US standards. Parking stop blocks are present.
Interior
Small casual feeling restaurant. Not cramped but not loads of elbow space. You do feel like you are close to the other tables.
Service
Served by 1 waiter, man in his 20s. Service was a very friendly to the point of cheesy. The waiter recited the specials easily and was quick to recommend dishes on request.
Toilets
Toilets were clean and well maintained.
Review
My dish really lacked consistency with the ham part being really salty while the linguine was really bland and far too soft. Yiki enjoyed her sandwich which was served bruschetta style so not a sandwich at all. For the hype of this place on many review sites, I was sadly disappointed with the lack of care over the key ingredients which just did not compliment each other.
